What was the highlight of Rihiveli Maldives Resort
If you are looking for a cast-away resort where you can arrive, take off your shoes and forget about everything, while enjoying nature, beach and sun: you just got it. We totally loved it, everything looks simple and natural but with a very sophisticated touch. Staff is very nice and helpful. Bungalows (we tried two) are minimal but "just" what you need: no tv (why would you need it?) and no air-con (natural ventilation is more than sufficient). On the other side, chairs, sunbeds and hammock to enjoy the sea view. Good selection of teas and coffee to drink outside on the evening sunset. The rooms are cleaned twice per day with nicely fresh towels. Regarding food and drinks, you can have breakfast (and general meals) at the restaurant on the sunrise side of the island, and a meal and/or drink at the bar on the sunset side, with a stunning view of the beach and sea. Resort has a large selection of beach/sea equipment: snorkeling, windsurf, kite-surf, kayak, catamaran. All new and free of charge. Moreover, a boat trip for snorkeling is organized twice per day (free of charge) to explore the nearby coral reef. Beach and the island itself are kept spotless clean. There are also two small islands in the near by (you can reach them by walk or kayak) where you can really experience the Robinson Crusoe feeling. Indeed, you never run out of things to do. In general, it is a place where I would definitely like to go back to.

Truly a dream - Rihiveli lived up to all of our expectations.
What a wonderful place - it is indeed a dream! I finally returned after 25 years and the island has retained all of its charm. We enjoyed the small size of the resort, delicious food, amazing views, watersports, friendly staff and the policy of 'no news, no shoes' was just what we needed to properly relax.

What was the highlight of Rihiveli Maldives Resort
The island is very beautiful and offers amazing nature, beaches and water. Bungalows were very nice and clean. Food was incredible and the restaurant is above the water so we could feed turtles, see sharks and manta while eating. Big thanks to the main Chef! Other bonuses are the daily snorkelling trips with a great guide thanks to whom we swam with turtles and saw dolphins. The small islands next are great for kayaking.
